Introduction
Support is the first place to look if you have any questions or problems using this
website. Registration describes the registration procedure for both patients and
specialists. PassWord gives you instructions about what to do if you have forgotten
your password. How To explains how to interpret the results of your mold report.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) covers most of the things you may encounter when
accessing your account and viewing or printing your reports.
If you can not find the answer to your problem and need direct assistance from
Administration at American Mold Lab select Contact Us.
Registration
Patients should register themselves from Welcome. First click the [Register Here]
button and enter your information. You can not change your user name after you
register, so be sure to choose one that you like. You can change your password.
If you enter an email address please be sure it is correct. Email notifications about
your account will be sent to this address. After you have registered, you should keep
your account information current. To view your mold screening report/s use your user name
and password to login after clicking the (Patients) tab. Do not register yourself more
than once. This would cause confusion about your mold reports. When you register use the
selection box titled Select to select the specialist/s that you want to be able to view
your mold report/s. If you forget to do this when you register or have any errors in your
information do not worry. Simply go to Patients and login. Then choose update account
and enter the needed changes and submit. If you have any problems that you can not resolve
on your own see Contact Us.
Specialists should contact American Mold Lab about their registration.
PassWord
If you have forgotten your password but, still remember your user name, you
can have your password emailed automatically. It will go to the email address
listed in your account information.
How To
An example mold report is shown below. It illustrates how the mold plates
in the picture are positioned. The mold colony counts for each room are listed.
The plate referencing the first room is in the upper left corner. The plate
for the second room is in the upper right corner. The plates referring to
the third and fourth rooms are in the lower left and lower right corners.

| QUALIFICATIONS TO THIS REPORT: |

This report is based on the review of the
plates submitted by the customer to the laboratory, and is
therefore qualified to the extent that neither American Mold Lab,
nor any of it's affiliates, perfomed
the collection procedures using the plates. Further this
report should not be viewed as an analysis or comprehensive
identification of all hazards that may or may not exist within
the structure in which the plates were placed, and neither
American Mold Lab, nor any of it's affiliates make
any representation concerning the condition of the structure
or environment therein. This report is limited to the
identification of the substances noted above that were found
on the plates when tesed in the laboratory. This report is
merely one source of information that may be useful in
determining a course of action to take for the possible
treatment of the structure, and accordingly, this report
should not be used for any other purpose.

What is wrong? |

You need to check Print background colors and images
under Internet Options. To do this click on the Tools
selection on the menu bar at the top of your Internet Explorer Window. Then click on
Internet Options and select the Advanced tab. Finally scroll down until you see
the section titled Printing and then check Print background colors and images. |

Can I save my mold report/s on my computer? |
| ANSWER: |
Yes you can. To do so, view your report and click [Print Report].
Then to save your report, click File on the menu bar of the pop up window
and select Save As. After your report has been saved to your disk, you
can view it by starting Internet Explorer (Offline), then click File on
the menu bar and select Open. Browse to where you saved it and open it. |
